Za nami największe wydarzenie pszczelarskie tego roku. 20 i 21 listopada w Krakowie, odbyła się 8. Europejska Konferencja Pszczelarska Beecome, po raz pierwszy w historii w całości przeniesiona do sieci. Mająca swój początek w 2012 roku, dotychczas organizowana była jedynie stacjonarnie w krajach europejskich. Z racji panującej obecnie sytuacji epidemiologicznej, kongres zyskał zupełnie nową formułę online, dzięki której do wydarzenia mogli dołączyć miłośnicy pszczelarstwa z całego świata. Beecome to nie tylko inicjatywa połączenia świata nauki i praktyki, ale także możliwość prezentacji własnej działalności pszczelarskiej podczas Międzynarodowych Targów. To właśnie wirtualne stoiska, okazały się w największym wyzwaniem dla firmy LYSON, będącej oficjalnym partnerem tegorocznej edycji. Jednakże, mimo wielu nowych dla światowego pszczelarstwa rozwiązań technologicznych, statystyki po tegorocznym Kongresie Beecome są jednogłośne. Beecome 2021 ONLINE to międzynarodowy sukces.

Jak podsumowali wydarzenie sami założyciele inicjatywy Beecome oraz przedstawiciele Apimondii, tegoroczne spotkanie nadało światowemu pszczelarstwu zupełnie nowy kierunek. Na 8. Zarówno same wykłady prowadzone przez 13 światowej klasy ekspertów, jak i równoległe Międzynarodowe Targi Pszczelarskie ONLINE, zyskały przez ostatnie tygodnie imponujący odzew. Wydarzenie wciąż zbiera pozytywne opinie zarówno wśród praktykantów pszczelarstwa, co przedstawicieli świata nauki.

- Dla mnie to osobiście wielki sukces. Pamiętam, jak na samym początku, gdy rozmawialiśmy o organizacji Beecome w tym roku, zaproponowaliśmy wspólnie z Tomaszem, że zrobimy tego typu kongres, ale tym razem w nowym formacie. Zastanawialiśmy się, czy to będzie coś, co da nam jakąś perspektywę na nowość. Myślę, że jest to szansa na to, aby z Europejskiego Kongresu powstał Międzynarodowy Kongres. Kongres, który też będzie dotyczył tego co dzieje się w Europie. Kongres, który opowie o tym jak wysoka jest jakość pszczelarstwa europejskiego. Dlatego bardzo cieszę się, że udało się wykorzystać tę szansę i przekształcić dotychczasowe konferencje w tak wspaniałe wydarzenie. Myślę, że przy następnym Beecome nadal będziemy korzystać z informatyki, z video i nowych technologii a wszyscy na całym świecie, w całej Europie, będą w stanie wesprzeć nas w tym przedsięwzięciu – podsumował tegoroczne spotkanie Etienne Bruneau, założyciel inicjatywy Beecome.

- Mogę powiedzieć, że w imieniu polskich pszczelarzy jesteśmy dumni, że takie wydarzenie odbyło się w Polsce i wypadło tak wspaniale – mówił podczas jednego z paneli dyskusyjnych dr hab. inż. Zbigniew Kołtowski - W-ce Prezydent Polskiego Związku Pszczelarskiego.

Wśród 8 dotychczasowych kongresów Beecome, zdecydowanie polska edycja zostanie na długo w pamięci pszczelarzy z całego świata. Już dzisiaj wiemy, że najbliższe wydarzenia tego typu mają być mocno wzorowane na tegorocznym projekcie transmitowanym z Krakowa. Tym samym Polska zaznacza swój ogromny udział w rozwój światowego pszczelarstwa, wpisując się na stałe w jego historię.

Ku prawdziwemu dobrostanowi pszczół – wspólny wysiłek nauki i praktyki

Tak brzmiało hasło przewodnie organizowanego 20 i 21 listopada Europejskiego Kongresu Beecome. Wśród prelegentów znaleźli się: Dr. Peter Kozmus, Prof. Dr. Martin Giurfa, Lotta Fabricius, Linde Morawetz, Dr. Fani Hatjina, dr hab. Małgorzata Bieńkowska, dr Piotr Mędrzycki , prof. Aulo Manino, dr Piotr Semkiw , lek. wet. Andrzej Bober, dr hab. Dariusz Gerula, a także Etienne Bruneau – jeden z trzech założycieli inicjatywy Beecome oraz dr n. wet., lek. wet. Anna Gajda, która nie tylko poprowadziła wykład na temat chorób pszczół w odniesieniu do zmian klimatycznych, ale także u boku Mariusza Opoki poprowadziła całą konferencje ze studio w Krakowie. Jak zauważyła dr hab. Małgorzata Bieńkowska, listopadowe spotkanie okazało się znakomitą okazją do dialogu świata nauki i praktyki.

- Zwróćcie Państwo uwagę, jak wielu pszczelarzy mogło wziąć udział w tym wydarzeniu. Nie zawsze jako pszczelarze mamy możliwość uczestnictwa w takich spotkaniach, w których jest aż tyle wykładowców - i to z całej Europy. Z tego co wiem, wśród naszych słuchaczy, byli też ludzie spoza Europy. W związku z tym, zasięg tego wydarzenia naprawdę był ogromny. Dlatego myślę, że warto jest organizować takie spotkania. Myślę, że my jako kadra naukowa, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego, że mogliśmy przekazać trochę wiedzy wszystkim biorącym udział w tym spotkaniu. Mam nadzieje, że w tej formie będziemy się spotykać niejednokrotnie w przyszłości - dziękowała w imieniu świata nauki i wykładowców Beecome dr hab. Małgorzata Bieńkowska. Konferencja tłumaczona symultanicznie na język polski, francuski, angielski i rosyjski, spotkała się z zainteresowaniem pasjonatów pszczelarstwa nie tylko z Europy - jak to było sugerowane przez założycieli na samym początku - ale tym razem, zyskała słuchaczy z całego świata. Mimo dostosowań czasowych do warunków europejskich, statystyki pokazują, że wśród uczestników konferencji byli też Ci z Ameryki Północnej, Azji czy Afryki. Jest to kolejny wielki sukces Beecome 2021 ONLINE. Świadczy to jedynie o tym, że przygotowany przez organizatorów program wykładów, czy same możliwości technologiczne były wystarczająco atrakcyjne, aby zachęcić do udziału w konferencji także osoby z krajów położnych poza granicami Europy. Każdy z dwóch dni konferencji trwał około 7-8 godzin, podczas których odbyło się po 6 półgodzinnych wykładów. Podczas wystąpień prelegentów, uczestnicy cały czas mogli równolegle zadawać pytania specjalistom na czacie, a najciekawsze z nich odczytano w studio na żywo. Zarówno pierwszy jak i drugi dzień konferencji został zakończony panelem dyskusyjnym, w którym udział brali m.in. Tomasz Łysoń – Prezes Przedsiębiorstwa Pszczelarskiego Tomasz Łysoń, Robert Chlebo - Prezydent Apimondia ds. Komisji Europejskiej, dr hab. inż. Zbigniew Kołtowski - W-ce Prezydent Polskiego Związku Pszczelarskiego, dr hab. Małgorzata Bieńkowska czy Tomasz Kammel – dziennikarz telewizyjny. Jak podsumował na zakończenie konferencji Etienne Bruneau, z racji poprzeczki jaka została narzucona przez zorganizowaną w tym roku konferencję, w następnych latach Beecome przestaje sygnować się już jako Kongres Europejski, a zyskuje miano międzynarodowego, a więc wychodzącego po wielu latach działalności poza granice kontynentu.
- Nie bójmy się komunikować ze światem nauki. To jest bardzo ważne. W dobie panującej sytuacji, możemy spotykać się tylko wirtualnie. Z jednej strony jest to trudne, ale z drugiej jest to szansa na rozwój. Dowodem tego jest fakt, że słucha nas dzisiaj tyle ludzi z rożnych stron Europy i całego świata - podkreślał na zakończenie Tomasz Łysoń, Prezes Przedsiębiorstwa Pszczelarskiego Tomasz Łysoń, będącego oficjalnym partnerem 8. Europejskiej Konferencji Pszczelarskiej Beecome 2021 ONLINE.

Po raz pierwszy w historii konferencja Beecome została w całości przeprowadzona online. Największym wyzwaniem, zarówno dla uczestników jak i sponsorów, było przeniesienie Międzynarodowych Targów Pszczelarskich do sieci. Wśród wystawców pojawiło się 12 firm branżowych, chcących zaprezentować swoją działalność za pomocą wirtualnych stoisk czyli tzw. showroomów. Choć na samym początku, pojęcie wirtualnej wystawy sprzętu pszczelarskiego, wydawało się dla uczestników z całego świata zupełną abstrakcją, podczas dwudniowego wydarzenia, zarówno pszczelarze jak i sami sponsorzy znakomicie odnaleźli się w tej nowej dla światowego pszczelarstwa rzeczywistości. Uczestnicy odwiedzając wirtualne stoiska mieli okazję zapoznać się z ofertą wystawców, poznać najnowsze rozwiązania stosowane podczas produkcji sprzętu pszczelarskiego, wymienić spostrzeżenia na temat asortymentu pomiędzy innymi odwiedzającymi showroomy, a także umówić się na prywatne spotkanie video z przedstawicielami handlowymi poszczególnych przedsiębiorstw. To nowoczesne rozwiązanie, pozwoliło dotrzeć międzynarodowym firmom pszczelarskim do klientów z całego świata, a intuicyjna i łatwa obsługa stoiska online wzbudziła zainteresowanie nawet największych amatorów wirtualnej przestrzeni.

Zupełnie nowy format Kongresu Beecome od wielu dni spotyka się z bardzo entuzjastycznym odbiorem wśród pszczelarzy z całego świata. Choć podyktowana bardzo mocno ograniczeniami narzuconymi przez panującą pandemię, tegoroczna konferencja okazała się wyjść daleko poza dotychczasowe standardy spotkań pszczelarskich. Polska edycja udowadnia, że wśród miłośników pszczelarstwa nie ma żadnych granic ani barier językowych, gdy wszyscy mówimy językiem troski o pszczoły, a jedyne co dzielimy to wspólne pasje i chęci zmiany na lepsze.
